The HBL4729C is a 2-pole 3-wire 15A/125VAC Twist-Lock® NEMA L5-15P Insulgrip® Grounding Plug, made of black and white nylon body, brass blades, #8-32 brass Phillips/slotted/Robertson screw terminals and 5.8 to 18.3mm cord diameter.
